Company is trash
Company is trash! First time buyer and am not satisfied. First, shipment was delayed due to having to customized unit. Company reached a few days later to inform. I should've cancelled but patiently waited. Received order and immediately reached out to return and refund. All of a sudden, communication is difficult and stopped responding. Filed a dispute and now waiting on instructions to return. I guess they're trying to stall, hoping I won't make the return so they can dispute my claim. OH, BUT I AM!! lol. Shady company. I wish I could attach screenshots so I could show the correspondence
