I ordered the X1, but later found out that I should have ordered the Pro. I indicated this in time on the day that my order would be delivered. Box still closed and unused. According to their return policy, you must first send an email to SUPPORT@. I did this properly and immediately received a response that I had to take photos of the packaging and serial numbers, after which I would receive instructions for return. Unfortunately, I no longer receive any response from support and therefore no instructions for return. Even after sending an email 3 times, no response. Fortunately, because I had doubts, I paid via Klarna and already informed them. I have absolutely no faith in HOVERair anymore and strongly advise against this company. Seems like a scam.
