Worst return policy of all time
This company's return policy is awful. I read the return policy upfront which says you can't make any returns or exchanges for a dress that doesn't fit you, so I was aware of their lack of ability to accept returns on that front. However, I wanted to return the dress because it didn't end up being what I was looking for - the material quality wasn't great and it wasn't really the color I thought it would be - and they refused my return without an explanation! They offered me 10% refund, which is just ridiculous. How can they refuse a return? I even offered to pay shipping costs. This company is stupid. Be very wary of ordering from them unless you are 100% sure it will fit and is exactly what you want. The customer service agent was polite, but provided no information on reasons for refusing my ticket and I'm never doing business with this company again.
