Got scammed by moogold on the last transaction I have with them. Money was returned to wallet for some error on moogold side. The refunded amount was immediately used to purchase steam product code and was used up. IMO, the timing was too fast to be a hacker and should be an insider job. Other red flags: - At times slow on sending the packages. Can wait up to 1-2 days. - Error transaction over at moogold side. - Long queuing time at the customer service chat. - Not useful customer service.
