BM received my broken miner
BM received my broken miner last friday, when will my replacement miner ship I asked. It will ship tomorrow, was the reply. That was on tuesday, waited until next day and I got nothing, no email. Asked for a tracking number… nothing… Edit: BM contacted me and explained that they have shut down their warehouse in Germany, so I got no replacement miner. Offered to ship from the US, but with tariffs that’s not an option. Requested a full refund and they accepted that. Waiting to see if the refund actually shows up… Edit 2: Refund received.
