I have been with Airalo for many years…
I have been with Airalo for many years and recommended however having topped up on my e-sim very recently and doing nothing different in terms of usage, my e-sim just stopped working today. I had an email this morning saying my data was at 25%, had no access, changed nothing, but now me e-sim has expired without warning, my data has drained and I have lost money because of it. I am very disappointed, fed up with Airalo as it’s not the first time I’ve had issues. I have decided to find an alternative and go elsewhere. I’ve even had to change the date of this review. It happened 3/10 but I’ve had to change to the 2/10 (I know that’s not down to Airalo)
