Great Quality and Customer Service, Shipping Was the Only Issue
I ordered two AO Curve-Hem Tees and one AO Polo from Cuts Clothing. Overall, I’m happy with the shirts. The material feels like good quality, and after trying them on, the fit was pretty solid. That said, the fit is definitely more on the fitted side. If you’re a bigger guy or prefer a little more room, you may want to size up. The size I ordered worked for me, but I honestly would not have minded if it were just a little looser. My only real issue was the shipping time. It took over three weeks for my order to arrive. To be fair, I don’t think this was really Cuts’ fault. From the tracking information, it looked like they shipped it out quickly through UPS. The issue seemed to start once UPS handed it off to the USPS. In my experience, whenever the USPS gets involved with deliveries to Hawaii, things seem to get stuck once they hit California. I reached out to Cuts, and Alejandro (customer service) checked on the order for me. Ironically, by the time he looked into it, the package had arrived. I explained the issue with the shipping delay, and he refunded the shipping cost to Hawaii, which was a nice gesture and good customer service. Overall, I like the quality of the clothing and appreciated the way Cuts handled the shipping issue. I’d order again, but I’d definitely keep the fitted sizing and possible shipping delays in mind.
