Paid Extra, Received Less
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Fokoo to think very carefully before spending their money here. I ordered a Spain kit for my 10-year-old son and a Real Madrid shirt for myself. The order took four weeks to arrive, by which time most of the tournament had already passed. I had even paid extra to have “Nico Jr” printed on my son’s shirt, yet it arrived completely blank. To make matters worse, the socks that were supposed to be included never arrived at all. The Real Madrid shirt was ordered in a medium, but the sizing is so far off that it would barely fit someone who normally wears an extra small. The quality control and accuracy of the order are simply unacceptable. The biggest disappointment is seeing my son so upset after eagerly waiting weeks for his kit, only for it to arrive incomplete and not as ordered. I’ve contacted the company to give them the opportunity to resolve these issues, but so far I’ve received no response whatsoever. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Between the excessive delivery time, missing items, incorrect customisation, wildly inaccurate sizing, and complete lack of customer service, this has been an incredibly frustrating purchase. Save yourself the disappointment and buy from a reputable retailer instead.
