Never arrived!! No refund!! Being ignored!!!
Bought two items the same. One arrived fine (took a LONG while though!) There has been a problem with the delivery of the other. Customer Services have fobbed me off for quite a while and are now completely ignoring me. I doubt whether my daughter will receive the gift I sent or that I will get a refund. Was also disappointed to find out that although when I purchased it was supposedly coming from America, when the shipping notification arrived I found out that the item was actually from China! Very misleading! I wish I had read the reviews on here first, seems to be the same from other customers.
