What people say
Never received product
Ordered 12 days before Xmas. Still have not received order 6 weeks later. Customer service is a black hole of automatic replies and fake links to shipping information that makes no sense.
Chinese company pretending to be Italian, all fake
Fake address on their website. Product ships from Italy or China, I was given two different tracking numbers, neither real. Links on social media on website also fake. Customer service is a loop that goes nowhere. All an apparent giant scam.
False tracking number
I ordered from the site back in november 2023 and for 2 months i kept getting emails of the whereabouts of my order with a false number that seemed to be false because i could not search for my order on any tracking sites. After the order supposedly entered my country i got an email of the county it was in and then the emails stopped. The order did arrive luckily in jan 2024 and the product was exactly as advertised but it seemed to have come from China instead of the US like those previous emails kept telling me. It was pretty stresfull not knowing if this was a scam or if something was wrong with my order
Apparently my order is stuck somewhere…
Apparently my order is stuck somewhere in customs according to the tracking info. It's been several weeks now and I have not received my order.
Beware: Fraudulent Company
Order didn't arrive, no-one responds to requests for info (just an automated bot). It seems clear that this is a company that takes orders with no intent to fulfill them.
This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company, ordered a custom stamp 2 months ago and it's still not there. E-mails are being answered by sending some sort of customer service link, which doesn't work. Don't throw away your money, stay far away!
Never arrived!! No refund!! Being ignored!!!
Bought two items the same. One arrived fine (took a LONG while though!) There has been a problem with the delivery of the other. Customer Services have fobbed me off for quite a while and are now completely ignoring me. I doubt whether my daughter will receive the gift I sent or that I will get a refund. Was also disappointed to find out that although when I purchased it was supposedly coming from America, when the shipping notification arrived I found out that the item was actually from China! Very misleading! I wish I had read the reviews on here first, seems to be the same from other customers.
Order still hasn’t arrived after two…
Order still hasn’t arrived after two months. Awful service.
Terrible service
Terrible service - don't use! Ordered two items and were not delivered. Can't get through to any one in customer services to track parcels - total scam
