Helpful, cheerful assistant and very helpful (Crystal Peaks Branch, Sheffield)
I visited the Crystal Peaks branch yesterday morning (27th November). I went in just as the store opened. I was looking for a balloon and gift wrap/bag for my friend's 60th birthday. The lady (worrking on her own) was very polite, cheerful and helpful. She was busy serving me (helium balloon) and taking money for my other purchases and even though there were 2 other people waiting she was very polite to all of us and said she would be with the other customers in a minute or two. I have done retail work for many years (know how demanding it can be) and wanted to leave a review to say I appreciated this lady's good manners and help. I have never shopped here before but I certainly will now.
