Never received refund-dishonest
They split my order into two shipments. I only received the first shipment. The second was delivered to the wrong address, and the company refused to issue a refund. I returned the first shipment that I did receive, but they never refunded me for it either, even though their own tracking information shows they received the return. In the end, I paid for items I never received and never received a refund for the items I returned. Very disappointing customer service.
