Speedy delivery of a hard to find size and style. My keens were 15 years old and I had to order 2 sizes (women 7 and 7.5) from 2 different stores. I had to refund your pair (unworn and new) bc I am truly a 7.5. The only resolution that worked was via text. Your phone number and chat did not connect.

I ordered the wrong size of running shoe. I emailed customer service and they explained what could and couldn't be done and made the experience comfortable. The order was able to be cancelled as I had only done it 8 hours earlier. The order was cancelled and I can now reorder. Seamless experience.

Sold Dangerous Premium Lock with Mount
I purchased the ABUS Bordo Granit XPlus 6500K Folding Lock on July 2nd which I received on the 6th and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Owning this lock caused me to have the most traumatic bicycle accident I have ever had. I paid $206.24 plus taxes, it was originally $274.99. The lock is heavy, almost 3 kg and the mount that comes with it is too weak to hold the lock in during bumpy rides. Unless you are slowly pedalling on a sidewalk, every ride will be bumpy. So the lock fell out every single time I rode with it mounted. The third time? It nearly killed me. It fell out one late afternoon and I quickly stopped my bicycle as I was in downtown Toronto and did not want anyone to get hurt by a massive metal lock on the road and instead, the abruptness caused me to fall over with my bicycle. I was on the road inbetween the bike and car lanes, cars swerved around me and the motorcyclist behind me stopped as well. It is July 23rd today and I still have the bruises from that day. Altitude Sports has done nothing to make right of this experience except issue a refund label to which I do not know if I will receive a full refund yet or AT ALL because their customer service agents keep repeating the fact that returns must be in unused/perfect condition even after telling them my experience and an agent said this return is an exception. This website continues to sell this very dangerous lock to this day on sale. Instead of taking it off its catalogue knowing the mount is insufficient and faulty, it continues to sell it to shoppers. I have left a review on this website’s product page to save lives.
