This has been my go-to place for 10 years and counting
This is my go-to place for anything outdoors. They make buying their memberships 100% worth while. Customer service has always been 2nd to none and they have always helped me to resolve my issue. Even when I had passed the period where Altitude Sports was responsible for the product, they helped me to initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Customer Service is empowered to make decisions that make sense - I was past the 15 day period for Price Adjuistments but they simply credited the difference between what I paid and what the price dropped to so everybody won instead of having me buy the exact same item and process a return at their cost. 100% recommend.
I've been buying form Altitude for many years. Problems have been few but when they've happened, its been a pleasant experience. And now a 'B' corp, I feel good buying from them on two counts. I havn't mentioned their products! Lovely, high qaulity apparel! thank you for staying the course in a tough industry. I really enjoy your store and continue to direct others your way. Merci beaucup
I have been shopping with Altitude Sports for years. Their customer service is top notch, their member discount always makes me buy there instead of elsewhere, their pricematch guarantee is really great, and their selection of top quality products can't be found anywhere else. Awesome store!
