The TESPO concept is life-changing for bariatric patients like me who simply cannot take all the pills required. Nor do the vitamin patches seem to work. But Tespo’s dispensing execution is a bit spotty. The original dispenser accumulated vitamin powder under the cartridge but generally works. The new one, internet connected, is glitchy. I'm on my second. The first new one had a faulty water level detector. The replacement was acting really strangely for the first few days, not recognizing disks and not completely emptying the dose, and certainly not connecting to the internet. It has settled down but still hadn't connected to the internet. I'm too busy to fiddle any more right now, even though having a record and reminders would be great. That said, the company is super friendly and immediately responsive and they provide free shipping to return discs for recycling. Very hopeful that the dispenser tech will catch up and I can give 5 stars again.
