I placed two orders for some of this company's most expensive jewelry and days after my first order arrives and a day BEFORE my second order arrives they slash the price by 25%. OUFER has multiple phone numbers listed and they never answer any of them and based on these other reviews the only way to get them to respond is to leave a review here so thats what I'm doing. If I don't get a response here then a charge back with my bank will be my next step. I expect better responsiveness from a premium jewelry brand.
