What a let down
We thought we had booked somewhere we’re really please you took our money. Then next day told us we weren’t booked and given no reason I was never able to contact you. The accommodation did say they had cancelled but again no reason. It took 5 days to refund the money. In the meantime we found somewhere via booking .com who were more accessible and straightforward. I wont use your company again
