impressive Customer Service, Great Quality Products, but Some Issues...
Most recent update: I changed the rating from 5 stars to 3. I have had some disappointing experiences with receiving the wrong items. They are willing to resend the correct items, but it takes an extremely long time. Also, if you place an order and everything is not available, have them ship the available items out first. If you decide to wait until the entire order is available, you will be waiting a ridiculously long time. BTW, the quality of their items is very good. INITIAL REVIEW: I just happened to stumble on this company recently, and I am so glad that I did! They have great stuff at great prices and had everything to meet my needs.The customer service is superb! They want you to pleased. Questions I have asked have been quickly responded to. The CSR informed me about what was available and what was not available on my order, and I was given several options to remedy the situation and make sure that I was satisfied. I am very impressed with the CSR and that tells me that great customer service is important to Doreenbeads. If their products are as great as their customer service is, then I know that I won't be disappointed. In my honest opinion, Doreenbeads ROCKS!!! (Update: I no longer feel that they rock. They are a nice company and their products are extremely nice, but they have a few bugs that need to be worked out.)
