Their products are high quality and their wholesale pricing can’t be beat, even for home crafters like myself. Although my shipments are coming direct from China, their processing is so quick, the shipments barely take longer than ordering from a US-based online store. A couple of times, they have been out of an item when fulfilling my order, but their communication via email and website is some of the best I have experienced. This was my first time ordering here. I bought like 50 something individual metal Italian charm bracelet charms to make bracelets for myself, my mom, and my sister, and I am SO HAPPY with everything! Shipping took a little over a week, and every single charm I ordered looks exactly like the picture. I also placed a separate order the next day for a plain Italian charm bracelet just in case I needed extra charms, and they combined the shipping and everything got delivered at the same time.
