Company Prioritizes Customers
This company makes customers feel important. They communicate in a very timely manner, and they go out of their way in their attempts to make sure that customers’ dreams and visions are fulfilled. For example, when I was getting ready to place my order, I came across a charm that I loved but they no longer had available on their site. Gracie, an angel who works for the company, made every effort to find me the charm and was successful. This charm was a monumental piece for my friend as it showcased one of their top elements of everyday life, and I cannot thank Gracie enough for finding this for me. I definitely am going to be a repeat customer as this company shows that they prioritize their customers.
