Doreen beads has been the go-to website/business for my sister's jewelry business. The items are all great quality and affordable, especially with the loyalty perks! Would highly recommend purchasing from this website
DoreenBeads was able to accommodate my request and the beads came quickly once shipped and arrived just as I wanted and needed.
Absolutely fantastic!! I have ordered with them lots of times over the year. There is very rarely a problem. If there is, customer services tells you in advance, so there are no bad surprises. If the item you want is no longer available, customer service can order it to be made for you especially (with a minimum quantity of course). I would like to point out Wendy in particular, who has been absolutely amazing and helped me with various things. Other companies could really learn from Doreenbeads, they are brilliant!
Doreenbeads is a five star company based on quality products and exceptional customer service. Their commitment to excellence is second to none.
Everything from ordering, communication and receiving has been spot on. Will continue to order.
I've been ordering from them for 12 years and the quality of items is really good. Also, customer service is fantastic. If there ever is an item with a defect (rare but happens once in a while), they credit the account right away. In all the years I've ordered, there have only been 3 packages I did not receive and that was toward the end of 2025. It was not Doreen Beads fault, the packages got to the US, went through customs, transferred to local carrier... and were never seen again. Doreen Beads refunded all 3 packages. No problems with shipping since then so idk what was going on at that time. Overall, great company!
Excellent service. If any problems arise, which is rare, a good solution is always found to ensure customer satisfaction. I would gladly shop here again.
Just got my order within just a few days since ordering. Thanks a lot for such a great service once more. I'm always coming for more jewelry making supplies 🥰
Always a pleasure to deal with this company. I've been a customer for a few years now. Delivery is always on time. Customer service is always helpful and you can't beat them on price and quality. I keep returning year after year.
Super quick delivery! My order came very quickly and the beads were great. I was so impressed with the processing time and efficiency.
WOW!! Doreenbeads products keep getting more and more phenomenal.
I have been buying from Doreenbeads for several years now, and can sincerely say that the quality is good from all the products purchased. The Free shipping offered by Doreenbeads is something important to me when buying online, it saves you the hassle of calculating it afterwards...a plus for me. Overall a fantastic variety to choose from at competitive costs, well organised and a great shopping experiance.
