Absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic!! I have ordered with them lots of times over the year. There is very rarely a problem. If there is, customer services tells you in advance, so there are no bad surprises. If the item you want is no longer available, customer service can order it to be made for you especially (with a minimum quantity of course). I would like to point out Wendy in particular, who has been absolutely amazing and helped me with various things. Other companies could really learn from Doreenbeads, they are brilliant!
