I booked a Thai Airways flight through your site. On your booking form it very clearly states that you should only put your first name and gives very specific instructions to not include your middle name. So my ticket was issued with only my first and last name. When I went on the Thai Airways website to check my booking, they very clearly state that the name on the ticket must match exactly the name on the passport i.e. first and middle name, and last name or you may not be able to fly. When I contacted your customer service email I was told that I could only change the name on my ticket 48 hours before and I would have to pay. Since the error was because I followed your instructions, I don't think this is acceptable. As it turned out, I was able to board the plane today but had a very anxious time going through the check in process. I will have to repeat this process for the return flight. I would suggest you amend your booking form to allow people to enter their name as it is in their passport.
