Never returned my call
Booked a cruise online while you were closed. Prior to booking had attempted to call when you were open, called to ask some questions but on hold until your hours were closed. Did this 2 times Left a voice message requesting a call back. 6 days later and still no call back. Poor customer service. Never returned my call.
