I have booked with DLC a few times now…
I have booked with DLC a few times now and always find it very efficient to pick out a destination, cruise line, etc. and then be able to pick my cabin choice and make payment all at the same time.

Mixed experience
Mixed experience. Back in October 2023, during the war in Israel, Direct Line Cruises (agent Dena Hurd) went above and beyond - they got MSC to waive cancellation penalties and gave me a full refund with real compassion. I was very grateful and said so at the time. This time was disappointing: I completed a payment attempt online that failed due to a system error on their end, and instead of honoring the price I was actually trying to pay, I was later quoted a significantly higher price. I ended up booking the same cruise elsewhere at the original rate. I'd still say their staff can be excellent when it counts, but this particular experience left a lot to be desired.
