This business is designed to con people. They sell free government services at outrageous prices, using websites that mimic official websites. I paid for a free Indonesia arrival card by mistake thinking it was a visa on arrival. Even so, the free arrival card arrived not in the two hours, they promised, but 12 hours later, after I'd already entered the country. So not only did I pay for something free, I also couldn't use what I did pay for. I explained they'd promised an express service, and they said even though it arrived late, they had still 'delivered' the arrival card, so no refund possible. Conmen.
