This is nothing more than a SCAM. They charge you for documents that are actually free, and then refuse to issue refunds, even when you realize within just a few minutes of entering your payment details that something is not right. Their prices are not only completely unjustified, but also extremely misleading and unclear. They claim that the fees are necessary to cover government charges for issuing the document. However, in my case, I was applying for the Korean e-Arrival Card, which is COMPLETELY FREE and does not require any government fee whatsoever. What makes this particularly misleading is that their website appears among the top results on Google when searching for “Korea e-Arrival Card,” making it very easy to assume that you are using the official service. I unfortunately fell for it after a long and exhausting day at work, but I hope this review helps prevent someone else from making the same mistake. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.

They deserve negative rating. Cheats It is a scam I was applying for my singaporw visa which is a 30 USD thing. Costed me 85 bucks. Why? Because usually vendors and merchant show cart items and cost break up. My page started with +20 fast +25 Super fast Then select data plans Then payment. I had no idea they had levied a 35 dollar service fee. I found out later when my card was charged 85 dollars. 85 dollars for a 30 Dollars visa!!! And now they are refusing to refund the money because "I have data missing" You took 3 details and charged me money and now I have missing details. Fraud. These guys should be sued.
Misleading website
Misleading website – charged me $85 for a visa I did not need I paid $85 through this website while trying to complete the entry requirements for Vietnam. I am traveling with a Turkish Special (Green) Passport, which is visa-exempt for my trip, so I did not need the visa service they sold me. The website was misleading and made me believe I was completing a necessary travel/immigration requirement. Only afterward did I realize that this is a private third-party company and that I did not need this service at all. I contacted them immediately and requested cancellation and a full refund. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company. Be very careful before paying this company. Check the official government entry requirements first. I would not use this service again.
Scammers who, unfortunately, aren't punished for being scammers
I was standing in line at immigration in Thailand. That's when I realized I had to fill out a “Digital Arrival Card.” Panicking that I’d forgotten to do so, I Googled it and, unfortunately, the first search result was this shady website that looked somewhat official. There, they offered me the DAC for $25. “That’s still manageable,” I thought to myself, and ordered it through them. Unfortunately, $90 was charged to my account, which I had overlooked in the fine print. There’s no way to get your money back through the bank because those scammers have, in a sense, provided a service - even though it’s actually free on the official website. So definitely stay away from this page!

This site is a rip off impersonating the Malaysian Govt address which is tricky to find. Charge usd80 for visa/application entry into Malaysia when Govt site is free. Visa did not deliver/arrive on time and they stopped replying to request for full refund. Scam outfit based in the US. - AVOID!

Misleading Website – Be Careful about my…
I want to warn other travelers about my experience with Travel Smart Travel Fast. I mistakenly believed I was using the official Malaysia entry website. I was unexpectedly charged €195. I requested a cancellation and full refund while my application was still marked as “waiting”, and I have screenshots and emails proving this. I then obtained my Malaysia entry pass for free through the official website, so I no longer needed their service. Despite this, my request was processed later and I never received a proper human response. Please check carefully that you are using the official Malaysia website before paying for any service.

However, this website makes you believe that unless you pay for the “FAST” option to receive it within 15 minutes, it could take several days to be issued. Ce site est une ARNAQUE. Stay away from these guys. They have done their homework well and will be on top of your google search list. But these are thieves and they charge money for otherwise free government services that are as easy to complete yourself. Don’t be tricked. Tired and late and night I ended up using them only to realise later that I paid for something I should not have paid for. Trip to Curacao it was for.

SCAM SITE. Used this site to do the Thai arrival card (TDAC) and was charged $285 for four applications that were all REJECTED as this service is not authorized by the Thai government. You have to use the government website directly, and the TDAC is FREE of CHARGE. Am requesting a refund but AI bot rejecting it. NO HUMANS available to solve.

This website is a fraud. Misleading; there's no help in trying to get your money back. I want my money...I am being sent around and around. My transaction was not complete. Once I realized I did not have to pay for a Jamaica C5. Their system pushed my payment through anyway 4 days after I stopped midway. July 22nd and pushed the payment through on July 26th.

I paid $180 AUD for 2 Malaysian arrival cards. I only received one. This is a sponsored advert so came up first when I looked for arrival card. I realized to late I could easily get the card free myself. I requested a cancellation and refund but wasn't allowed. You take people's money without properly advising them of the process
