Daniella L. Spoke clearly to my concern and reaffirmed it three times.i called to say I had found my passport and wanted to make sure that the government was not told it was lost. She said that since the process was never completed, the cancellation of my passport would not take place and therefore I could use it.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Nothing was clear. I paid 500 extra dollars for an expedited passport and they said my letter of authorization was not in the package. I signed it and watched the lady at the post office put it in the package. That’s not the worst part though. They told me I could pay more money to over night the letter and I would get my passport 2 to 3 days after my trip. When I told them that wouldn’t work they had no solution. Thank goodness the regular passport agency was very very helpful and I talked to them on the phone 3 times. So I ended up having to drive to Atlanta, get a hotel and go to get a passport myself. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the passport office. These people are crooks and you won’t be out 1000 dollars for a passport.
I just want to say what a great service…
I just want to say what a great service this is. I was foolish and did not count days as to my passport expiration date. Well, I had to have a new one rushed. I looked on line and knew I was not going to get it in time unless I use a special service. I picked the right one. They got me my passport in record time. I fully endorse using this service!
I request my refund
I request my refund, they having me waiting for a month, keep lying to me telling me that I have to wait 3 more days 1 MONTH in the same situation, I’m in the embarrassing position that I’m want to do a police report because they don’t give a real solution and keep lying.

I found my experience with RushMyPassport to be exceptional. This service has been associated with FEDEX for a long time, which instills confidence. The process is well explained. Providing filled-out sample documents greatly reduced the chances of error. When I had questions, I dealt with Mariana. She was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my detailed questions. I especially appreciated her taking me step-by-step through the application. Also, it meant allot to me to deal with a personable individual. I appreciated receiving e-mails keeping me advised about the status of the application. Overall, dealing with RushMyPassport relieved most of the stress associated with having to get a passport renewed in time for our planned vacation. It was great to be in the good hands of a professional organization.

Total scam...
Total scam... All this does is have you enter the same info you would on the government form and print your shipping labels to send it in. They charge a huge fee for this and it doesn't get done any faster than if you did it on the government website without the extra FedEx partner fee. FedEx is now an Indian scammer company.

Easy passport renewal
It was great to be able to do this online, and to have the partnership with FedEx so everything was taken care in just a few easy steps. Gabriela was very helpful in the mandatory phone call to get to the point of being able to download all the documents I needed. Now, I need to see if I get my passport back when promised!

This company/service is a scam
This company/service is a scam. They take your money first. They make sure you cannot get a refund. They are not forthcoming about what you will have to do. You will have to do a lot of work. They force you to make an appointment with USPS but the agent won’t sign for it (even if you have all the documents) unless your trip is in two weeks. Worst, their communication is horrible. Their customer service agents are either lying, omitting necessary information, or just don’t know the rules. Either way you are taking a huge risk by going with them. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Spare yourself.
