Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate the extremely helpful staff members who provide clear, step-by-step guidance throughout the entire passport application process. People also enjoy the remarkably smooth process and timely delivery accompanied by very useful status updates along the way. However, some reviewers were not happy with difficulties reaching support and unhelpful customer service interactions when issues arose unexpectedly. A few other people also felt that the expedited service was too expensive and ultimately did not speed up their application compared to standard methods. Additionally, several customers experienced frustrating delays and received incorrect information regarding their shipments.
