Website shows up high in the ranking when doing a Google search for "TDAC official website", however it's not the official website for Thailand Digital Arrival Card.
They collect names, e-mail, passport numbers and passport expiration dates. Official TDAC does not require expiration dates. Some info that offcial TDAC requires, they don't collect. It's a scam.
Only at the end of the process they present a $195 fee to complete the process. They create a false sense of urgency by suggesting fees for faster processing and sending reminder e-mails if you don't complete the process. The official TDAC site is free and immediately processes your application.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
They took my money, never sent me the travel documents I paid for, and despite multiple promises, they never refunded me. Their customer service kept giving me the same automated responses without actually resolving the issue.
I paid **$285**, received nothing, and was repeatedly asked to use an application and click on a refund link that simply did not exist or was inaccessible. Even after explaining this several times, they failed to help.
In my experience, this company did not deliver the service I paid for and did not honor their commitment to provide a refund. I cannot recommend them.
This company is a scam. They are offering a service that has an upfront cost dues to government fees. They are not providing the service and then stating they cannot refund the full amount due to gov fees. There are no government fees. I completed the service myself (no fees) and the document was immediately sent to me, with no wait time.
I paid $65 and was refunded $19.50. I would upload picture receipts if I could.

My application was applied to another person so I had to apply again. When I requested a refund all I got was an automated AI response and when I escalated it they ghosted me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

A total scam. They were supposed to fill my entry cards to Singapore. They did so providing wrong data about my flights / residence. I needed to redo the cards myself using the free portal from Singapore authorities, with 0 support from them once I informed of the mistakes. Still waiting for an answer for a refund request that of course went unattended. Total waste of time and money

They overcharged us for entry of Taiwan. The price listed on their website was $40 per, but the my visa card statement states over $150. I immediately emailed them and asked for explanations in regards to this overcharged service, but only AI keeps responding and the last email said a human agent will contact you shortly, which never did. Do not use this third company but the official service which is free of charge.
We were travelling to a few ASEAN countries and I was time poor - without checking the website I applied for myself and my spouse visa for Cambodia. They charged me USD130 and I got QR codes as our visas. When I queried the BOT advised me that at Immigration they will be able to read the QR code for your visas. Arrived at Siem Reap Cambodia only to be informed that our visas were not valid!! had to buy visa on arrival which were USD30 each. I wish this website could be banned from scamming innocent people. Please don't use them.
In the midst of a hectic family trip, with several family members feeling unwell, we were rushing to complete the required travel arrangements. Unfortunately, we mistakenly submitted our information through this scam website, believing it was the official Singapore arrival form. As a result, we were unexpectedly charged USD $285.
We then waited at the airport for our application to be approved, unaware that the official Singapore arrival form can be completed free of charge in just a couple of minutes at the gate before immigration. The website was designed to closely resemble an official government service, making it very difficult to recognise that it was a third-party scam.
We only realised this after arriving at the airport, by which time the charge had already been processed.

This is a scam!! It was the first site that appeared when I was looking for the official one. I admit I was distracted because I was working, but at first they ask you about 20 dollars to get you the VISA and then they make you pay more than 60 dollars!! The assistance was USELESS as they only use AI even if you ask multiple times to speak to a human. Plus, it's useless as the official site gets you the VISA faster and doesn't require any fee.
Luckily, my bank refunded me as I explained how they scammed me. Shame on you!
