Consumers also reported that customer support was entirely unhelpful when mistakes occurred, and getting a refund was extremely difficult. Some reviewers were happy with the speed of the service. A few consumers mentioned that their digital arrival card applications went smoothly and efficiently without facing complications. Dodgy, Misleading, Deceitful Business Practices

Wanted to apply for Thailand Digital Arrival Card which now I know is free of charge. Stumbled upon above very genuine looking website. It showed $25 (No mention AUD Vs USD) per person which I was Ok with. After filling details for family of 5, there was no final summary of total charge that will be deducted and suddenly 405.33AUD were deducted from my account with no receipt either. Now I realize, I am not the first 1 but can be the last 1 if this didge website is NOT Taken down. I have tried to liaise with them but AI Bot keeps answering. Have liaised with bank, no guarantee that money will be recovered.

Spam company that mimics official government sits

lease be extremely careful when using Travel Fast Documents. We believed we were completing the official Barbados landing/immigration form, but this company charged us $130 for a form that is available free of charge through the official Barbados government website. The website and process were misleading, and the payment was taken very quickly before we fully realised that this was not the official government service. We received no service that could reasonably justify such a high charge for completing a straightforward free form. Afterwards, we discovered that many other travellers have reported very similar experiences involving immigration or arrival forms for different countries. I strongly advise travellers to check the official government or immigration website of the country they are visiting before entering personal or payment details. Do not assume that the first website appearing in a search result is the official one.

A SCAM website

Warning – 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞. Travel Smart Travel Fast looks like an official airport service, but in my experience it was not. I arrived at Vietnam International Airport expecting the fast-track service I had paid for, but there was no representative waiting for me. Airport staff and other fast-track providers had never even heard of Travel Smart Travel Fast. To avoid missing my domestic flight, I had to pay another US$20 at the airport to receive the fast-track service from a different provider. I am now trying to obtain a full refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company. Please be cautious before booking through this website.

Charged $195 for a document the Thai government provides free — application still "WAITING" 20 days after payment

I paid $195 (Receipt R-2026-095285) for a "Thailand Digital Arrival Card" for 3 travellers, thinking I was on the official government site. I'd searched for the TDAC and clicked a paid ad that led here — nothing made it clear before payment that this was a third-party service, or that the TDAC is completely free at the official Thai Immigration portal (tdac.immigration.go.th). Two things worth knowing before you pay: The TDAC can only be submitted within 72 hours of your arrival date. If your trip is weeks away (mine was), your application will simply sit in "WAITING" status — which their own support confirmed to me in writing — for however long that is. You're paying $195 upfront for something that can't even begin until days before you fly. Their refund policy excludes a "government fee" from any refund calculation. The TDAC has no government fee — it's free — so I asked them to specify what fee was deducted and to whom it was paid. No answer yet. I've requested a full refund, citing their own policy (Section 2.2: service not rendered, since no submission is possible this far from travel). Still waiting on a resolution from their human team as of this review. If you need a TDAC, it takes about 10 minutes for free directly at tdac.immigration.go.th. I wish I'd typed that in myself instead of clicking the ad.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. I paid USD 280 for my Thailand Digital Arrival Card application. Throughout my case, the support team provided contradictory information. Initially, I was told that my payment had not been received and was only authorized, but later I was told that the payment had actually been captured and received. Because of these conflicting responses, I lost the opportunity to request a refund within the 90-day refund period. When I finally requested a refund, I was sent a refund link that simply displayed “The refund window has expired.” My issue was never properly resolved, and I was unable to speak with someone who could make a decision on my case. I have screenshots of the conversations showing the inconsistent information provided by the support team. Based on my experience, I recommend that others carefully review the refund policy and keep records of all communications before making a payment.

It's a total scam!

This site is a total scam! I paid $90 for what they claimed as ultra fast service for MDAC. And they "estimated" to have it ready for me by 4 pm Jul 6. At 5:30 pm when I checked back, status still says 'processing'. I tried every way from their FAQ including checking my inbox, spam box, or what not, but there weren't anything indicating a next step considering my flight to Malaysia is in less than 3 days. And I tried talking to their agent via the chat box. The only response I got was "hi, how can I help you today" and nothing ever since. So I decided to request a refund and they only refund 30% of my payment according to their 'refund policy' for a transaction where I did all my due diligence! TOTAL SCAM!

Parasites- They have no business model

They have no business model. They don’t need to exist. They use Google ads to prey on weary travellers who see the first link and think that means reliable or valid. Just use the government immigration website of the country you’re going for a holiday in. these scammers should have their website shut down, absolute parasites.

Scam with Check-Migra

Requested cancellation based on EU rules the same day, immediately after we realized that this was not the official site from Colombian authorities whose services are free and only collects travellers data. So no added value by TSTS. Our request was ignored and they went ahead submitting our data. Today we received the "approvals" all with WRONG and INCOMPLETE data.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They are charging for a service that is free, namely the e-arrival document for (in my case) Cambodia. When I asked for a refund they gave me only 30 % of what I paid and when I asked for the rest they said they can only give one refund. I should have noticed it was a sponsored website and found the official site, which I now have used to get the document immediately and free.
