If I could give zero stars, it would be for this scam business!
They rip you off for a service which is free of charge through official channels.
Due to jet lag and tiredness, I used their platform to get a visa for Thailand. Official website is not charging you. This scam club charged me $260 for 4 pax. Now nobody is responding when asking a refund
Paid USD 285, Requested Immediate Assistance, Never Received a Human Response
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so that other travelers can make an informed decision.
On June 27, 2026, I paid USD 285 on Travel Smart Travel Fast while applying for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). At the time of payment, I genuinely believed I was using an official platform related to Thailand's entry requirements. Only after completing the transaction did I realize that this was a private third-party service charging a substantial fee.
As soon as I discovered this, I contacted customer support and requested a refund. I was not asking weeks later—I contacted them immediately after realizing what had happened.
The AI support agent informed me that my case would be escalated to a human representative and assured me that "our team will be with you shortly." I appreciated that response and waited in good faith.
Unfortunately, several days have now passed without any response from a human representative despite that promise. I have sent follow-up messages, but they have remained unanswered.
I also requested a detailed explanation of the charges, including the "government processing fees" mentioned in their response, but I have not received any clarification or supporting documentation.
At this point, my biggest concern is no longer just the payment itself—it is the complete lack of communication after I was explicitly told that someone would contact me.
I still hope this company will resolve this matter professionally. If a human representative contacts me, addresses my concerns fairly, and reaches a reasonable resolution, I will gladly update this review to reflect that experience.
I applied for a digital card to go to Thailand. They debited the funds from my account and continue to do so. This is the third month they've been debiting money from my account, and only an AI responds to emails and chats. I can't get my money back. I'm stuck in an endless loop of emails with an AI. This company is terrible.
This is scam website. They provide free government services and don't disclose properly that its free service and charges a huge fee. Concerns of data privacy and other.
Scam website. I applied for Aruba ED cards for my family and never received the cards. They charged me $230.00 for something that should only cost $20.00 each through the official Aruba government site. I have followed up and still have not received what I paid for. Avoid this site and use the official government website only. SCAM!
These con artists mimic government websites and sell free services for outrageous prices
This business is designed to con people. They sell free government services at outrageous prices, using websites that mimic official websites. I paid for a free Indonesia arrival card by mistake thinking it was a visa on arrival. Even so, the free arrival card arrived not in the two hours, they promised, but 12 hours later, after I'd already entered the country. So not only did I pay for something free, I also couldn't use what I did pay for. I explained they'd promised an express service, and they said even though it arrived late, they had still 'delivered' the arrival card, so no refund possible. Conmen.
Like a lot of the other reviewers - poor service and charged but received nothing
Like a lot of the other reviewers, I clicked on the website thinking it was a legitimate TDAC application one. They asked for my credit card details and deducted funds without my approval. The website froze halfway through the application, which could not be completed anyway. I accessed their AI help function which took me round and round in circles without solving my problem. They then offered to connect me to a teammate. I selected this option and despite them saying their normal response time is "A few minutes" I had not received any reply after 2 hours. I will try again but I am not hopeful
It’s a scam. Don’t do business with them you can get that document for free. I own a digital web agency with 30 people working for me. We will expose your scam and make sure the whole world knows about it.
be aware of this scam company , they charge big money and scam people , customer service is garbage , you try to talk to someone , AI answer you instead of you human , i was charged $260 for filling (TDAC) Thailand Digital Arrival Card , on their website , i was thinking its the official Thailand government website , when i realized I'm not suppose to pay anything and its completely free to fill the TDAC , i tried to reach the Travel smart company and ask to cancel everything and refund me , they refused and said they will only refund $78 from the $260 , they said the rest of the money will go to the Thailand authorities service , i talked to my bank and depute the charge and still waiting , so people be careful of this shi.... company
The company tricks you into thinking they are an official site. They have official looking forms and after you have given your data they take you to a payment page where they want your card information to pay for an unspecified amount. If you don't pay they send follow up emails.
I would like to confirm that this company is a scam. Totaly fraudulent in the way they organise their process. Beware, do not use this company for your next operation. Cambodia government can give you the same service for free. Avoid those scammers
