I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for the service, but due to a problem with your website, I was unable to complete my Thailand Arrival Card application. The system did not provide any option to select my Thai airline or enter the flight number, making it impossible to proceed. Despite explaining that this was a technical issue on your platform—not my mistake—you refused to issue a full refund. Charging customers for a service that cannot be completed because of faults in your own system is unacceptable. Customer service showed no willingness to resolve the issue fairly and simply denied the refund request. I feel this is very poor business practice and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service. If something goes wrong due to their system, don't expect fair support or a reasonable refund process.

They are a fraud. Don’t use their website to get the digital entry card to anywhere. They take the payment and didn’t finish the application, and they only going to refund 50% of the total amount.

I needed an e-visa to travel to Malaysia. The website never spcified this was not an e-visa. You guys also did not care to suggest that I also need to apply for an e-visa. It took also weeks to receive the digital card by the time I received I realised it was not the e-visa.

This is a scam site, pure and simple. I was standing in Arrivals at Taipei airport filling out a form on what looked like a Taiwanese government website. An immigration official literally told me it was a scam site just after I hit the submit button. Immigration forms cost ZERO in Taiwan. I immediately tried canceling the order but their customer service chat bot conveniently wouldn’t accept my stop request. I was already through customs when I learned that they had charged me $90- not the $25 that was mentioned when I filled out the form. People should also contact the New Mexico Attorney General regarding them. This company needs to be shut down- they are simply scammers with a business license.

I was charged $155 for my C5 entry for Jamaica for my daughter and myself which on the government website is free, this company is in fact a ripoff and I will be getting my lawyer involved for a possible class action lawsuit and seeing all these bad reviews with the same experience.

Scammers charged me $326 for 3 Arrival cards later I came to know indian govt. Don't charge single penny for Arrival cards and also Arrival cards were fake we have to go through same process as everyone go through. Big scammer also only ai is replying on emails.

I also thought this would be the official website of the authoriries in Thailand. It was the first on the list of google search. But when I gave them my credit card my bank (fortunatelly!) denied the payment. So I used the official site and everything waa free. But now I will change my credit card. I dont want suxh information in the hand of such betrayers. This site should be removed by Google!

I began the process of submitting an application for a Singapore Arrival Card on their website, but I did not complete the process and did not submit the application. Despite that and despite the fact that they did not provide any service for me, they have charged me service fee. I wrote a complaint and never got any response from them! Beware of the scammers!

Terrible scam of a website, Tried to get thailand digital arrival card which is free on the government website which i was unaware of, this was the main sponsored website on google. It said I would pay $25 which wasnt an issue and when I paid it charged me $85 and I dont remember seeing any small print. I am currently in the process of a dispute to get my money back so hopefully I do but the live chat service is awful and they are doing everything to not even give me the option to get a refund. Horrible scammers and this website should be taken down. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

This is a scam. Don't use this service for thailand! I had to pay a lot for a Thailand Digital Arrival Card with this service, while it's free of charge when you use a website from the governement! The immigration officer of thailand said to me" what did you pay for the TDAC? Then you have been scammed, because its free of charge".
