Complaint reference with the bank is 18894059. The 'service' they provided for a large fee is free of charge and easier via the government website. No integrity. Check the process then go anywhere but them.
Total rip off.
I initially tried to apply for an Indian tourist visa on my own, but the Indian government's app kept deleting the data I entered, so I decided to use a visa application service instead. The process was simple, and I was able to obtain the visa in just one day.
Simple process that was easy to do once you have the appropriate photo and documentation needed. You can take a self-picture on your phone and upload just as easy make sure to follow the guidelines to upload correctly. Travel safe all.
The instructions were clear and simple.
The application form was well laid out and easy to folllow thank you

Scam
I mistakenly paid iVisa for the Jamaica C5 form, not realising the official government form is free. I believe the website did not make this clear enough, and my refund request was refused after submission. If you’re travelling to Jamaica, make sure you use the official government website first before paying any third-party service.

Although pretty good and quick on approvals—once you get through an application process that could be improved in a couple of areas—I think Sherpa is an easier online visa application platform
