Absolutely a scam.
They charged me $100 for a Thai Arrival Card that is completely free. I mistakenly thought it was an official Thai government online service. AI chatbot refused to switch to a human consultant, and refused to refund.

Process was easy to follow
Process was easy to follow. Clear communication Just the price origanally listed on internet was half the price that I was charged. And original estimated time to complete was 1 to 2 weeks but took much longer.
