Excellent customer service

They are scammers

They are scammers. They charge way more (5 times) than actual government charges. They hide their app inside the google search and pretend to be govt app. They provide zero facilities. They are scammers.

Dear Amar, We hope you are doing well. Please note that we have sent you an email with all the relevant information regarding your case. We would also like to kindly clarify that iVisa is a third-party service provider that applies for visas and travel documents on behalf of our customers, ensuring that documents are uploaded correctly and applications are processed on time. Our role is to help prevent additional information requests from the government and minimize the chances of visa or document rejection. As such, we charge our own processing fee. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We hope you have a great week. We are here for you, iVisa.com

Third party site charges steep fees to facilitate free services

Just paid iVisa NZ$137 for two digital arrival cards that would have been - pretty sure - free if I'd filled out the form on the Malaysian government's website. We fly tomorrow so I picked the "slowest" and cheapest option that promised 24 hour turnaround; cards were delivered within 9 minutes. If I'd been even dumber and selected the 15-minute rush service, they would have charged NZ$199. I realized my error about 30 seconds after I submitted the application (and before it was processed), but of course there's no clear way to cancel. When I went back to try to figure out how I went wrong, I spotted the "sponsored" tag on their top Google result for the search "Malaysia visa requirements for NZ citizens". To be fair, their service provides an absolutely frictionless experience, so at least the invest some of the $$ they fleece off customers to keep the site running smoothly.

iVisa is amazing customer friendly

iVisa is amazing customer friendly. I noticed this during my first purchase and now again during my 2nd contract with them. They go through great lengths to make all go smoothly, whatever you ask of them. I will definitely and gladly return to iVisa.

Straightforward application process

Straightforward application process. Website easy to navigate. Documents uploaded easily. A bit expensive but I had no alternative as the official Indonesian visa service didn't work. Visa delivered in less than an hour. Should have used them earlier as it would have saved me hours of time and stress on the Indonesia portal

It’s a scam don’t trust I.Visa.com to get your visa.

It’s a scam. I placed my visa application more than two weeks before travel. Was informed it would be ready two days prior to our travel date. My first thought it should only take 3 days but will give them benefit of doubt, however that date came and went to be told to expect it less than 8 hours to our travel time. When I contacted them you only get generic AI responses but no help. For over 3 hours the day prior to my trip I was communicating to them the urgency of submitting my application to the government site and they kept saying it’s being processed ready to to be submitted. Only after I said cancel it and I want a refund I finally got an email however it wasn’t even the application it was just a document outlining my travel dates. They then said I was not entitled to a refund because they had submitted it to the government site but when asking for application number you should get they were unable to provide because it was never submitted. I ended up going through a travel agent who was able to submit and provide me the application number within 2 minutes of her submitting and got the visa in less than 4 hours (it did cost a bit but at least got the visa) I.VISA.COM you should be disgusted in the stress you have cause but I shouldn’t be surprised because your site is a SCAM

Dear Lisa, Thank you for the detail here. I reviewed your order in full and I want to answer each of your points. First, one clarification that I think explains a good part of this. What you purchased was the Vietnam Digital Arrival Card, not a visa or an e-visa. The arrival card is the mandatory pre-arrival declaration that every traveller files before entering Vietnam, covering passport, flight and stay details. It is registered with Vietnam Immigration and scanned at the border. It is not an entry permit, it is not reviewed or approved by a consulate, and no visa number is issued for it. That is why the document you received sets out your travel details rather than looking like a visa. If you were expecting a visa to be issued, that is a separate application with its own government fee and approval process, and it was never part of this order. Both travellers' declarations were registered with Vietnam Immigration and confirmed by them on 30 July, ahead of your arrival. These are filed under a government portal account we create on your behalf, which is why the confirmation does not land in your own inbox and the reference cannot be pulled from your side. That is standard for this product, but it was clearly never explained to you, and I understand why it looked like nothing had been filed. Where we did fall short is that we passed the delivery time stated in your confirmation email, and the answers you were given while you were chasing us did not give you an accurate picture of where your file stood. The refund decision was communicated on that same basis, and I am reviewing all of it. There is also a specific detail in your application that explains both the hold on the second traveller and the number you flagged as incorrect. It concerns your own file, so I would rather set it out for you directly than in public. I have emailed you today at the address on your order and I am handling your case from here.
