A professional third-party visa application company
The entire visa application was very straightforward and professional. The process was expedited quickly and efficiently. The only negative element was that when I searched for the appropriate website to lodge the visa application, the iVisa webpage did not make it clear that this was a third-party company rather than, what I had assumed was, the official government website.
The assistance of the Ivica support…
The assistance of the Ivica support crew in cancelling a misleading application by me for Visa on a third-party commercial intermediary (iVica) rather than the official government channel was a saving grace. The support crew were most professional and effective in rectifying this matter.

lost 200 euros
paid 308 euros for 3 visas for kenia. If I had done it in the oficial kenia site it would have been only 105 euros

Total scam, do NOT work with them!
Dear everyone: never EVER use this fraudulent company. I was forced to go through them for my UK visa due to the official government app not working. Bought an insanely expensive (€750) 4-hour package since I only found out 1 day prior to visiting that I needed the visa. They promise to have it ready in 4 hours max, but nothing. They then sent a message that it would be there the next morning. Nothing. In the morning a message that it would be there 30 mins before check-in at the international train. Again: nothing. I was then forced to buy a last minute visa with another company and it was there in minutes AND only costed €30. Now I have RETURNED from my visit and still I never received my visa through these frauds. I complained and asked for me money back, but they refused. I even said I would settle for half, but they refused, saying "they depend on the government to get the visa". Wtf guys, I had it in minutes while being stressed at the damn train station! So be warned: they charge ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS PRICES and they don't deliver what they promise. Total scam!

It would have helped to have a keyboard…
It would have helped to have a keyboard for the payment and have retirement as an option in the app for employment type. Otherwise it is just perfect in my opinion. Thank you.

Make sure you have passport information which made application seamless. Easy to follow and each stage communicated promptly. Only a few pages to complete and a speedy outcome was provided. Recommend iVisa for anyone .
