Be very careful when getting a Visa or an entry declaration from iVisa -or any of these unofficial platforms.
If you have a New Zealand Passport you can fill out the entry declaration online for free to visit many places and do not need platforms like this to do it for $100 NZ per person.
These platforms should advise you when they get your details that you can fill out the form from the official government platform and send you there if they ethically cared about people and travel.

Dear Barbara,
We hope you are doing well.
Please note that we have already sent you an email containing a detailed explanation of your case, including the charges applied to your order.
We would also like to clarify that iVisa is an independent third-party service provider. We assist travelers by reviewing their applications, verifying that all required documents have been submitted correctly, and submitting applications to the appropriate government authorities on their behalf. Our service is designed to make the application process more convenient and help reduce delays or requests for additional information. For these services, we charge a separate processing fee.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
We hope you have a great week.

After a week trying to do it myself and encountering many long delays and difficult time lapses ,it was such a relief to have all completed and delivered to me in 15 minutes by your company .Wish I had gone to you at the beginning
Reservations over the lack of secure portal given the extent of the data demanded and its significance.

Title: Charged twice for a document that failed to process — no refund offered
I used iVisa for an Indonesia Arrival Card ahead of a trip to Bali. The application kept returning errors during submission despite all information being entered correctly, and I was charged $199.90 AUD without a clear confirmation the service had actually worked. Because I couldn’t be sure it went through, I ended up paying again on arrival for the same document — nearly $300 for two people just to enter the country.
When I contacted support, the agent (“Ivy”) confirmed the application had eventually been approved, but refused a refund, citing their policy that no refunds are given once an application is processed — even though the technical failure was on their end and directly caused me to pay twice. The responses felt scripted and never actually addressed the error I described.

I will put my complaint below: (BTW today only it got updated with that its rejected) and I have got it yesterday in mins using the UK ETA official app)
Date: August 2, 2026
To: iVisa Customer Experience & Legal Compliance Team / Management Escalations
Dear iVisa Management Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding gross service failures, misleading advice from your support staff, and unacceptable financial exploitation concerning my UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) applications. I request that this matter be immediately escalated to the highest level of your management and compliance teams.
Summary of Events and Service Failures
My family and I submitted five (5) UK ETA applications through your platform. While four were successful, I inadvertently uploaded an expired passport instead of the new one for the fifth application.
Negligent Customer Service Advice: Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted your customer service team. Your agents reviewed the details, explicitly assured me everything "looked fine," and instructed me to pay an extra fee to correct and process it. Despite your team's verification and my extra payment, that application was rejected by the government.
Failure to Deliver Paid Premium Service: Following the rejection, your team advised me to submit a completely new, subsequent application. I did so, explicitly selecting and paying a premium price for your "4-Hour Super Rush" processing service.
Severe Delays and Deflection: Over 48 hours later, your website still falsely displays a status of "Under Government Review." Your support agents repeatedly deflected accountability by stating, "It is the government, we cannot do anything about it."
Misrepresentation and Definitive Proof of System Failure
While I understand that foreign governments control ultimate visa approvals, my grievance lies entirely with iVisa’s business practices, negligent support, and failure to transmit data:
False Advertising of Timelines: You cannot ethically sell a premium "4-hour service" if your backend processing takes days, causing immense emotional distress, and nearly ruining a family vacation with non-refundable hotel and flight bookings.
Proof of iVisa's Internal Delay: To protect my family's holiday, I bypassed your platform entirely. I logged directly into the Official UK Government ETA Mobile App, resubmitted the exact same new passport data, and received the approved UK ETA in seconds, at a fraction of your cost.

This proves definitively that the delay was not caused by the UK Government, but rather by iVisa’s system failing to submit my data efficiently, despite charging me premium "rush" fees.
Demands and Required Action
Due to the immense stress, loss of time, and financial negligence caused by your platform, I demand the following actions within three (3) business days:
A Full Refund: A total reversal of all charges, service fees, correction fees, and premium "Super Rush" fees associated with both the failed first application and the delayed second application for this family member.
Formal Escalation: Written confirmation that this case has been escalated to senior management for a review of your customer service team's flawed advice and your platform's processing timelines.
Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved satisfactorily with the requested refunds, I will actively share my experience across my personal and professional networks to warn others against using your services. Furthermore, I will escalate this case formally to relevant consumer protection bureaus and international e-commerce watchdogs.
I expect a prompt response confirming the processing of my refunds.
Received evisa within 2 days - excellent, but a bit pricey. By comparison it was impossible to do this via Indian High Commission on-line. Several calls to IHC gave the message "There is no one to take your call.." - useless.
Also then invited to sign up for India Arrival Card, which I did, but now questioning whether I could have done that free of charge on arrival in India - cost for 2 people £99 approx
