This company is scamming you for fees.
This company is a scam. They are offering a service that has an upfront cost dues to government fees. They are not providing the service and then stating they cannot refund the full amount due to gov fees. There are no government fees. I completed the service myself (no fees) and the document was immediately sent to me, with no wait time. I paid $65 and was refunded $19.50. I would upload picture receipts if I could. Curious to know why noone can write a Google review about these scam artists!!
