SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They took my money, never sent me the travel documents I paid for, and despite multiple promises, they never refunded me. Their customer service kept giving me the same automated responses without actually resolving the issue. I paid **$285**, received nothing, and was repeatedly asked to use an application and click on a refund link that simply did not exist or was inaccessible. Even after explaining this several times, they failed to help. In my experience, this company did not deliver the service I paid for and did not honor their commitment to provide a refund. I cannot recommend them.
