The dress arrived fairly promptly but it was a completely different colour the colour that I ordered and didn’t match with any of my accessories. I did explain this and the fact that it was sooo badly packaged the wrinkles in it were unbelievable. I did get a partial refund and gave the dress to my cousin, she has just rang to tell me she’s been to 2 x laundry places asking for it to be ironed but they can’t do this as the material is non-iron and non dry cleanable. I had hung it in my shower room for ages but the creases never came out. It’s not wearable at all not for me or my cousin, complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.
