Called customer service numerous time to inquire why after 24 hours my ticket was not issued. Put me on hold for very long periods and never got back to me. Female person who attended to me also sounded like they are uninterested in doing their job and was unwilling to entertain my problems. Only after a different person picked up were they able to issue my ticket.
