website 30-day refund is VERY limited
This company's website touts 30-day refund in several different places. However, unless you search the site or receive an email back from them, the details of that refund policy are a mystery. I contacted them THE SAME DAY after finding their product would not do what I needed, and they are refusing to refund my purchase. Update - 2 days later, after many emails back and forth, the company finally agreed to refund my purchase cost.
