I bought an item
I bought an item, but after a few minutes later, I would like to cancel the order. However, I look into everywhere, there is no cancellation option available. I downloaded the newfrog app from Google play hoping that the cancellation is working from it, again, you can't cancel it. I feel I am being cheated and you know what, they don't even provide ways to contact them, no phones, emails, online chats, etc. By the way, the app is not working very well. Not going to shop from here again.
