After placing my order, I never received any real proof that the item was actually shipped. The tracking information was either invalid or never properly updated.
Shortly after, I had to open a chargeback due to the lack of transparency. Only then did the seller claim the package had been "intercepted" and insisted that I cancel the dispute before they would ship anything.
This is not how a legitimate business operates. A seller should ship the item first and provide valid tracking, not hold the order hostage until a dispute is canceled.
Communication was repetitive and unhelpful, with copy-paste responses instead of real solutions.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing here.

After placing my order, I received a tracking number that never showed any real movement. When I contacted customer service multiple times, I only received generic responses like “please wait”, “we are checking with logistics”, or “it will be updated soon”.
There was never any clear confirmation that the package had actually been shipped.
It became obvious that they were just delaying the situation without providing real information or a solution.
Even after that, they continued giving the same repetitive answers without resolving anything.
This seller is not reliable:

Fake or inactive tracking number
Constant delays and excuses
Poor customer support
