DHL demanding payment
Made an order for £161 of clothes(10 items). Have received a request for a further payment of £63 for Customs and VAT payment. I am irritated that there is no information on Rosegal site that this will be payable, and that it would come to over 40% of the original cost of the order. I feel obliged to make this payment as DHL have made the payment initially and I will not receive the goods if they are not repaid. I could cancel the whole order but Rosegal have already taken the £161 payment and I am aware of the problems with getting payment returned. Has made me wary of ever ordering again.
