Not what they say the lamp is. YOU pay to return it. TRASH!
I purchased what I thought was an original equipment lamp for my Epson projector. What I got was a "Made in China" look-alike that died in just 27 hours!!! While they are letting me return it, I have to pay shipping which is totally ridiculous being as how I'm sure that they get reduced shipping rates all the time. So, instead of paying over $117 for my lamp, I'm now out over $140 for a piece of junk that didn't last anyway. I call that POOR customer service. My recommendation: Stay away and buy the same lamp on Amazon for around $84. At least you get free returns!!
