Support is very fast, pod 5 is a unique product, love it, so hopefully they keep innovating for sleep tech.

Used to be great
Used to be great. Went downhill since the monitor your clicks strategy (pricing) took the fold. They have so many things that need fixing never mind years' worth of features they never ever implement based on user feedback. CMO is sat on Twitter 24/7.
