Decent quality, reasonable prices and prompt delivery
I was pleasantly surprised at the range of products and price points. I appreciate the abundance of hair types, styles, lengths, colours, etc., available. It feels like there is something for everyone who seriously browsing with the intention to purchase, and in my opinion, thats a great thing. I've visited other sites and left without being able to purchase a unit due to lack of inventory and/or overly inflated prices, feeling annoyed, frustrated and excluded. I appreciated being able to purchase a decent quality unit at an affordable price given my current budget, yet knowing I can also purchase top-tier quality units for special occasions in the future.
