Tap arrived broken and unable to get a refund
I bought a tap and the cold tap didn’t work. I had paid a plumber to install and obviously don’t get the money back on that. Customer service keep requests pictures and videos of it not working, so I have now given up. Have completely wasted over £200 including the labour and I now have to buy a new tap and pay for someone to install. VERY ANNOYING
